Here at The Recombobulation Area, it is our priority to not only cover news and politics in Milwaukee and Wisconsin in a new and different way, but we are also working to build community, which is why we are hosting more and more events!
So, on Aug. 24, we hosted an event at Dandy on West Vliet Street in Milwaukee’s Washington Heights neighborhood with Marquette University Law School Poll director Charles Franklin. Also joining us was John D. Johnson, research fellow at the Marquette Law School’s Lubar Center, who also works on the poll.
The Marquette poll is the state’s gold standard poll and is currently celebrating its 10th year. With races for governor and senator on the ballot this year in Wisconsin, this is going to be an especially important midterm election, and we are just 2.5 months away from voting.
